New Concussion Policy:
If a player sustains a concussion during practice or games, the attached return to play form must be completed by the appropriate medical professional, and each coach and parent must take the player through the progressive return-to-play policy steps. If a player fails any part of the recovery, it is required to start the policy over. In the event of a player concussion, please make sure you email a copy of the completed form to the CFL Board as well: gdmcfl@gmail.com. Mandatory Screening of ALL Coaches in CFL - An Open Letter to All CFL Coaches At All Levels:
All Coaches, at All Levels, Flag through Tackle, Must Pass This Mandatory Screening Procedure. Please Click Here, Refer to the Form, Follow Directions and Submit to the National Center for Safety Initiatives. If Coaches Do Not Do This, They Will Not Be Coaches in the Catholic Football League. The League Will Notify You with Any Concerns. Thank You.
